Although it is written from the view point of one who is as a Spectator and as a Participater through the "seemingness" of reincarnation type of suggestion - he presents the best I know of what Jesus was really here to do, and what He said He was about. He claimed to be God, and claimed that to see Him was to see the Father, and everything He taught was IMPOSSIBLE to the Roman mind. It was very dangerous thinking and it still is today. People are afraid of what the Bible teaches, for it asks for complete obedience to the Word of God, and Jesus claimed to be the One in whom Alone was life eternal. I think that the Author of this book seems to view it as something he does not wish to enter into, as he is NEUTRAL. Interesting that today's people are no different. Some believe, Some do not, and still others want to be NEUTRAL not realizing that in so doing, they have made their decision against the Christ. I do want to keep this book, I read it when I was about 18, snf am happy to own a copy of my own. It is valuable just for the Biblical insights as to the times and life of Christ.
