35 page "book"

I was excited to get this "book". As a long time Krav Maga student I wanted to support this "book". It is only 35 pages and it is poorly written. The grammar is bad and the book doesn't flow at all. The "book" seems, to me, to just be a collection of Internet searches thrown together in a 35 page format.
